The main wish of the client who is the creative family couple was to create the modern living space with the elements of loft and minimalism. As the starting point, plane open concrete pillars and slabs overlaps were taken.

During the demolition works the doorway to the loggia was expanded, which brought more natural light to the bedroom. The expansion of storeroom, toilet and bathroom was possible due to guest (child) room and bedroom space, while not harming their functionality. The client also asked for the minimum usage of drywall constructions during of the facing of the walls and ceiling. This task was solved by using various wall and floor panels as well as case furniture, thus saving practical value of  the residential area.

The decoration and interior decor involves the usage of the natural organic textures and materials, such as metal, concrete, wood, ceramics, glass, wool, felt, linen and cotton. All of this was diluted with the bright accent spots in each of the rooms.
