The design of the apartment is developed in accordance with requirements of its owner - young, modern and active person, who is always trying to be up to date. The main goal was to create strict conservative space full of light and air.

While analyzing the existing plan, it was decided to demount all not load-bearing walls. The only thing which stayed in construction of load-bearing walls was partial dismantling of protruding and recessed balcony window in the area of kitchen and living room, with further reinforcement. The main goal was to create the maximum open space for sun light, as well as inscribe the interior into the beautiful view of the Gulf of Finland. Another space-and-planning feature of the interior is the podium in the bathroom, where hydro massage bathtub is built-in. This functional decision was possible due to quite large height of the room.

Moreover, the following engineering solutions were applied in the project: infrared heated floors in the area of granite, forced-air ventilation system and air conditioning with heat recovery, smart control system KNX.

The choice of applied finishing materials was determined by pithiness of interior space perception. Wide ceramic, eco-wood-wallpaper, two shades parquet, wooden slats on the ceiling - it all perfectly fits the solution of assigned goals.
